    A move into legal SEO that topped a fiercely competitive, authoritative niche. It reached 100,000 views a month and earned citations from The New York Times and The Washington Post.

    One of the first sites in the city to display sold data and an algorithmic estimate of a home's value, built on a strong SEO framework.

    Cash offers, productized

    A cash-offer platform with a complex auth system, so real estate teams could show a data-driven offer on their own site using real home data.

    Fantasy hockey, productized

    A free fantasy hockey analytics platform for Yahoo NHL managers. A lineup optimizer that assigns a full week of players with a Hungarian algorithm, category matchup win probabilities, line detection, and a streaming finder for the best off-night games.

    Real cards, right on the day

    A birthday card service that mails a real card on the day and collects the recipient's address privately by text or email, so the sender never sees it. Group Circles, AI-assisted designs, and a digital fallback when a card cannot arrive in time.

    Building with müve on hômm, their cash-offer, iBuyer-style program, including the data and systems behind it.
