Why Sierra teams hit a wall

Sierra Interactive does a lot well, but it is a closed platform. When you want a custom tool, a different lead flow, an integration it does not natively support, or a piece of the site to behave a way the templates will not allow, you are usually told it cannot be done. That is rarely true. It is just outside what the platform hands you.

I work around the lockdown

I have spent years building custom real estate systems, so I know how to extend a platform like Sierra from the outside: custom pages and tools, data moved through its API and yours, and integrations bridged where the platform leaves a gap. You keep Sierra where it is working and add the parts it was never going to give you.

Follow Up Boss and the rest of your stack

Can you really customize Sierra Interactive? I was told you cannot.
Usually yes. The platform itself is limited, but most of what people want lives around it: custom pages, tools, and integrations built to work with Sierra rather than inside its template box. I will tell you honestly what is possible for your specific ask before you commit to anything.
Do you integrate Sierra with Follow Up Boss?
Yes. Connecting Sierra, Follow Up Boss, and the other tools a team runs is some of the most common work I do, so leads and data move between them automatically instead of by hand.
Do I have to leave Sierra to work with you?
No. The point is to keep Sierra doing what it does well and add the custom pieces it cannot. If you do eventually outgrow it, I also build full custom real estate sites, but that is your call, not a requirement.
Do you work with teams outside Edmonton?
Yes. I am Edmonton based but work with real estate teams across Canada and the US. The platform work is the same wherever you are.
